This page explains how to delete your ChatBizz account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, free of charge.
How to request account deletion
Send an email from the address registered to your ChatBizz account to:
- Email mohammedimrankk@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the phone number or email registered to your account so we can verify ownership.
- We will verify your request and delete your account, usually within 30 days, and confirm by email.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile and cover photos).
- Your messages, photos, files, item lists, snaps, and status/stories stored for your account.
- Your group memberships, contacts data, and device/push tokens.
Data we may retain

Retained records are kept only as required by law and are not used for any other purpose.
